Privacy of date of birth (Birthday widget) SuggestionStaff Management

Hello,
We have set up the staff birthday display widget.
However, some staff do not wish to appear in it.
Rather than having to delete the date of birth – which is essential information – or remove the birthday widget, it would be useful to implement a way to mark a staff member's birthday as confidential so that it is not listed in the widget?
Best regards.
