Create a feature for scheduling email sends, allowing authorised users to programme communications to send at a defined date and time, rather than proceeding only with immediate sends.

This feature would notably enable:
  • preparing communications in advance,
  • programming their automatic send at an opportune moment (e.g. reminders, due dates, institutional information),
  • improving the organisation of work for administrative and leadership teams,
  • securing communication deadlines without depending on manual action at a precise moment.
The feature could include:
  • selection of the send date and time,
  • a summary before validation,
  • the ability to modify or cancel a scheduled send before it is triggered.
This evolution would meet a real operational need and would strengthen the efficiency and flexibility of communication tools within Eduka.
