Rétrospective des développements majeurs de 2025

Bonjour,
Comme nous le faisons chaque année (via les actualités Eduka d’ordinaire, mais sur le forum cette fois-ci) voici une rétrospective des évolutions majeures de la suite Eduka au cours de l’année 2025. Cette rétrospective étant issue de notre ‘change log’ elle est en anglais, si vous souhaitez en savoir plus sur l’un de ces éléments n’hésitez pas à nous laisser un commentaire.
Nous rappelons que ces évolutions sont apportées gratuitement pour bénéficier à toutes les écoles, à l’exception des nouveaux modules optionnels ou intégrations spécifiques.
 

Trimestre 1

- New electronic signature provider (eIDEasy)
- Electronic signature integration into the Workflow module
- New module: Online Shop
- Support for multicurrency mode for installment plans
- E-invoicing support for Romania
- Introduction of the concept of 'Learning cycles'
- Audit trail in the Configuration module
- Multi-school support in the Online shop module
- Multi-school support of the PRONOTE interface
- Integration with 'Workday' accounting system
- Bulk document download and upload functionalities in multiple modules
- Bulk modification of document container properties
 

Trimestre 2

- Apply custom styles, prefix and suffix to all outgoing emails
- Bulk actions from the staff list pages in the Staff management module
- WCBS accounting interface integration
- New module: Messenger
- New 'families in special situations' tab on the User management page
- Multiple improvements to e-signature integration into Eduka
- Audit trail in the Admission module
- 'Groups' tab on the student selection dialog to select students by group easily
- Properties of type 'Signature' for forms, where users can draw or upload a signature
- Properties of type 'Image' for forms, allowing users to upload an image displayed in view
- New module: Assessments & Reports
- Revamp of the Classroom hub with multiple new features
 

Trimestre 3

- New functionalities to generate student logins and passwords to access Eduka or to initialize access to other systems
- Password change will trigger an email notifications sent to the concerned user
- 2FA enforced as mandatory for all administrative profiles to strengthen security
- Database anonymization functionality for test/dev platforms to be able to work on test data while conserving the same system configuration
- 'Drafts' feature and other small improvements in the Messenger module
- 'Observations' and 'learning journal' features, specific to Kindergarten in the Assessments & Reports module
- Multiple new features in the Classroom hub module: manual date entry, hashtags, multi-target content, duplication of content, class overview...
- New contact dialog to facilitate initiating communications (emails, sms, notifications, messenger) to different targets (students, parents, staff)
- 'Services' module can use a different currency than the main system's currency
- Support for subscribing for multiple weeks in advance in on-demand services
- Enforcement of age limits for enrolment files based on the choice of grade
- Installment plan automatic recalculations
- Documents portal updated to show all documents pending electronic signature
 

Trimestre 4

- Revamp of the settings page in the Finance module 
- New online payment integration with 'TouchPay' supporting multiple countries in Africa
- New 'Course schedule' screen in the Timetables module allowing to manage day-to-day course changes and replacements
- Inventory management in the Shop module
- New integrations in the CRM module: Calendly, Eventbrite, Mailchimp
- Multiple new features in the CRM module: list of actions, 'check in' functionality...
- Categorization of workflows to browse and use the module more efficiently
- On the Finance portal, a new option (turned off by default) allows parents to view invoices assigned to companies/third-party payers
- New online payment integration: Binga/Wafacash
- Custom folders in the Messenger module
- Integration of timetable data into the Parent-Teacher Meetings module to better target the relevant teachers based on course data
- Printing functionality in the Timetables module to easily print timetables in bulk
- New direct debit format: HK/HSBC (MRI)
- Simplified one-click export of all school contact data from the Configuration module dashboard for administrators
