Billing these fees is simple in Eduka. Several options are available:
- Batch usage:by first creating a property to easily identify participants.
- Batch billing for a non-conditional fee, using the Inclusion function.
- Tip: you can also set up a fee that requires a deposit.
And remember – when it comes to trips, better a well-planned boarding than a rushed take-off!

No one is exempt from knowing the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It applies to institutions responsible for data processing:
- If the school is located within the European Union or the United Kingdom, or
- If the data processed in Eduka concerns EU residents, regardless of the school’s location.
To support you in implementing GDPR within Eduka, several resources are available:

- Guidance to appoint your DPO (Data Protection Officer),
