Hello everyone,

A few months ago, we presented to you in preview the new Eduka home page (see our article "Discover in preview the new Eduka home page (2026)"), along with its progressive deployment schedule: availability on dev platforms, then activation on the CCC, then release to production for administrators.

We announced at that time that the old home page would be decommissioned in summer 2026. We can now confirm the precise date for you: the switch to the new home page will become mandatory on 31 July 2026. From that date onwards, the old display will be removed and the new home page will become the only mode of operation.

What this means in practical terms for your school:

• The new home page, based on dynamic and customisable widgets, will apply to all users.
• The default model, imitating the old home page format, remains your starting point: you can keep it as is or adapt it in different ways to specialise it if needed.
• The redesigned navigation icon grid is of course still available as a widget.

Were you attached to the old display? No need to worry: it remains entirely possible to reproduce the appearance of the old home page (main icon grid + news) in just a few clicks, by using a single model composed of the "Module Panel" widget, supplemented if needed by the "Announcements Board" and "News / Calendar" widgets. The detailed instructions can be found in the preview article (section 5).

What we recommend you do before 31 July 2026:

1. Log in as an administrator and check / configure the home page models for each user profile.
2. Preview the display for different profiles (parents, teachers, management, etc.) to ensure the experience meets your expectations.
3. Communicate internally with your teams if needed to support the change.
