When a staff member changes their status in Eduka to become a Teacher (for example, changing from Provider or Administrative to Teacher), the "Profession" field currently retains the value entered under their previous status.

However, since this field no longer applies when the person is a Teacher, it would be useful if it were automatically cleared when the status changes to Teacher.

This would prevent the retention of outdated information in staff records and improve the consistency of HR data.
