Absences: Integration of absences with Services modules (AES, canteen, daycare...) Attendance

This enhancement will enable absences recorded in the Absence Management module to be automatically integrated with Service modules such as AES, canteen or daycare.
In particular, it will :

  • automatic feedback of the day's absences to the relevant service sessions;
  • improved coordination between school life and extra-curricular services;
  • fewer manual errors in attendance management;
  • a smoother experience for families and administrators alike.

Cette évolution est livrée la première semaine de janvier 2025 avec une série d’évolutions du module Absences:
  • mode Classe pour faire l’appel sur l’ensemble de la classe par journée ou demi-journée,
  • intégration des absences avec les services: transport scolaires, activités extra-scolaires, cantine…
  • signalement des absences par les parents
