• room reservations (common room, meeting room, amphitheater, etc.) ;
• equipment reservation (projector, computer, specific equipment, etc.) ;
• reservation of slots with a member of staff or a department of the establishment (reception of parents, administrative appointments, orientation, etc.);
• a clear view of existing availability and reservations;
• more fluid, centralized organization of shared resources.
