This enhancement will automatically associate a form and a document signature when registering for a service (AES, Garderie, Cantine...).

  • Display of an additional form to be completed by parents at the time of registration
  • Possibility of requesting electronic signature of a related document (rules, charter, authorization, etc.)
  • Centralization of responses and signatures in the student file and service follow-up
  • Reduce paper exchanges and improve traceability of authorizations

  1. Une échéance prévisionnelle est-elle déjà définie pour ce développement (mise en production ou disponibilité en test) ?
  2. Est-ce qu’on pourra définir les champs et pièces jointes obligatoires comme bloquants et paramétrables par activité (et non globalement au module AES) ?
