[AES/ASC] Improvement suggestion – Add conditional properties during enrolment Extra-Curricular Activities

Hello,

I propose an improvement to the activity registration module, specifically for registrations that are not linked to a high-demand date (such as first come, first served).

The idea would be to add, at the time of registration, conditional and mandatory properties according to the activity in question. These fields would allow the collection of information necessary to validate the registration.

Example:
For registration in an annual competitive sports activity, it would be useful to make the entry of certain data mandatory, such as:

  • weight,

  • height,

  • jersey size number,

  • download of a current passport,

  • as well as a medical certificate.

This feature would offer greater flexibility and allow the registration process to be adapted to the specific requirements of each activity.

je te confirme que cet élément est bien présent dans la roadmap au lien ci-dessous:

nous ne l’avons pas suffisamment détaillée mais en effet il sera possible de paramétrer un “formulaire” à remplir avant l’inscription, qui permettra donc de mettre différents types de champs, et en fonction des conditions de remplissage il sera possible ou non d’effectuer l’inscription.

Il sera intéressant de voir quelles sont les autres écoles intéressées. Donc n’hésitez pas à voter pour l’idée, soit ici présent soit au lien indiqué ci-dessus. ☺
