Email accounts differing by module SuggestionCommunication

Hello,
It would be necessary to be able to configure system email accounts by module.
A single system email for a diversity of topics (financial, admission, health centre, SEN support, user account and password management, etc...) is not sufficient.
When a person receives an automated email such as a health centre visit notification or an enrolment validation, they are tempted to click "Reply" to request additional information.
It is therefore not possible for the sender to be the same...

Bonjour Eric,

Cette suggestion est intéressante, et le besoin compréhensible.
Cette possibilité existe aujourd'hui au niveau de module des Demandes, pour le paramétrage de notifications relatives à un processus spécifique.
Nous allons étudier comment étendre cettte mécanique à davantage de modules.
