Centralised email signature management and sharing in Eduka SuggestionCommunication

Today, email signature management in Eduka presents certain operational limitations. To ensure consistency, it is necessary either to access user accounts individually to configure signatures, or to share templates and rely on users to apply them correctly. This approach does not allow for reliable control or homogeneous practices.

It would be very useful to implement a centralised signature management system, allowing administrators to create and share standardised signatures (similar to email templates or mailing lists). Users could then select the signature assigned to them, whilst updates would be managed centrally.

It would also be interesting to consider integrating a "marketing" space into signatures (banners, messages, news), the content of which could be controlled and updated centrally.

This development would significantly improve the consistency, efficiency and quality of communications across the school.

Ce serait en effet une amélioration pertinente afin de garantir une harmonisation des signatures au sein de l'établissement.

Bien que cela ne soit pas (pour l'instant) aussi évolué que ce qui est attendu ici en terme de signature personnalisé, il existe un mécanisme de personnalisation qui permet d'appliquer un contenu en haut et bas de tous les e-mails envoyés par Eduka. Cela pourrait éventuellement déjà aider pour ajouter des mentions communes à tous les emails envoyés par l'établissement ?
