Infirmary: Student Health Monitoring

The creation of a registration campaign prompts the administrator to create a new school year. This is a key moment to pay close attention to the following points:

• Duplicate the configuration of the current year (school divisions, classes, options)
• Annualize the ‘properties’ used during re-registration in order to preserve the history of parent entries
• Open and configure the financial year associated with the school year
• Review the documents requested from parents and adapt them for the new year
• Check, within the registration form, the conditions linked to specific school years

It is also possible to open several school years in advance to allow pre-registrations more than one year ahead.
