💰 Generate a report of outstanding balances
Navigate to: Finance > Financial Analysis > 3-Recovery > Unpaid Balances
Filter by period, campus, fee type… then export the data for a consolidated view.
📨 Send final reminders
Navigate to: Recovery > Reminders
- Target the relevant families
- Personalize your reminder emails
- New: Set a custom payment deadline
- Tip: Use the “similar reminder” column to flag critical cases
⚖️ Proceed to legal recovery if needed
List the families who remain in debt despite several reminders. From Finance > Unpaid, check the fees to be moved to legal recovery or suggest a payment plan.
