This year, Eduka is focusing on student progress tracking with its Assessments & Reports module, which manages assessments by period and across multiple years, from preschool to elementary.
A simple and customizable tool, it adapts to different educational systems thanks to its:
- Reference frameworks
- Grading scales
- Skills grids
- Configurable cycles
Each teacher, within the framework defined by the school management, can create their own assessments.
Parents and students (depending on access rights) also benefit from continuous visibility of results and periodic reports.

Digitize information collection all year round
With the Workflow Management module, reaching out to parents outside of admissions or handling staff requests becomes simple and paperless.
This tool streamlines essential school communications and clearly organizes tasks for both teams and families. It can be used, for example, for a back-to-school survey, approval of a school trip, or an IT support request.
Combined with integrated e-signature, it also supports sensitive data collection, such as an Individual Care Plan or legally binding agreements.

A New Messaging System at the Heart of Eduka for All Users
Eduka now offers a secure internal messaging system, enabling teachers, staff, and parents to communicate directly within Eduka, whether through the web platform or the mobile app.
With built-in authentication, configurable permissions, and message redirection, it complements the Communication Module (still dedicated to mass mailings).
With the rollout of two-factor authentication for administrative staff, special attention must be given to the system’s sending account to ensure both security and autonomous password recovery.
