With the integration, the whole signature round-trip happens inside Eduka, against the right student record.
How does the integration work?
Once eID Easy is configured in Eduka, you send a generated document for signature to one or more signatories straight from a student’s admission file, the Documents module or a Workflow form. Each signatory receives a secure signing link and signs online through eID Easy. Eduka tracks the request in real time through eID Easy’s webhooks — sent, signed or cancelled — and when it’s complete, files the signed PDF and a legal audit trail back against the record. A test mode lets you trial the flow before going live.

- Documents from across Eduka — admission and enrolment forms, contracts and consent forms, and any document produced by the Documents or Workflow modules.
- One or several signatories — send to multiple guardians, in parallel or in sequence, with reminders to chase anyone still pending.
- Real-time status — eID Easy’s webhooks update each signature automatically, so you always see who has signed.
- Signed file and audit trail — the completed PDF and its audit trail are stored back in Eduka against the student, ready for your records.
