Why connect Eduka and SignaturIT?
Schools sign a lot of documents with families — enrolment contracts, consent forms, agreements. SignaturIT is a European electronic-signature provider supporting both simple and advanced (eIDAS) electronic signatures, so you can match the signature level to each document. With the integration, the whole signature round-trip happens inside Eduka, against the right student record.
How does the integration work?
Once SignaturIT is configured in Eduka, you send a generated document for signature to one or more signatories straight from a student’s admission file, the Documents module or a Workflow form, choosing a simple or advanced signature. Each signatory signs online through SignaturIT. Eduka tracks the request in real time through SignaturIT’s webhooks — sent, signed or cancelled — and when it’s complete, files the signed PDF and a legal audit trail back against the record. A test mode lets you trial the flow before going live.
