Why connect Eduka and EBP?

EBP is a widely used French accounting and business-management package. Without an integration, finance teams re-enter every invoice and receipt into EBP by hand — slow and error-prone. Eduka’s built-in EBP export turns school billing into structured, import-ready journal entries, so your ledger always matches your billing.

How does the integration work?

EBP is selected as your accounting format in Eduka’s Finance module. From then on, the accounting export screen produces EBP-format CSV files: pick a date range and billing year, download, import into EBP. Each exported batch can be archived in Eduka, so the same entry is never posted twice — and the same export can also be pulled programmatically through Eduka’s API when another system needs to collect it automatically.

What data is exported?

Invoices and credit notes — each document exported as a balanced entry, marked Facture or Avoir, with its journal code, account number and nature, debit and credit amounts, and references (payer code and name, student code, document number, and a unique entry ID).
Payments and receipts — collection journals coded by payment method — transfer (VIR), direct debit (PRE), cheque (CHQ), card (CB), cash, online and more — posted to the relevant bank journal.
Balanced and import-ready — explicit debit and credit columns mean entries land in EBP already balanced, the way French accounting expects.

The EBP integration is part of Eduka’s Finance module, which manages the full billing cycle for schools: fee schedules, invoicing, payments, reminders and reporting.
