Many schools let families book a tour or an interview online themselves. Without an integration, the admissions team copies every appointment into its CRM. With Calendly connected, follow-up starts the moment a family books.
How does the integration work?
As soon as a family books a slot, Eduka creates the contact, or finds the existing one by email. The appointment appears as an action in the CRM, in the school’s time zone, with the source campaign and categories of your choice. Answers to the questions asked in Calendly are copied into the record. If the family cancels, the appointment is removed from the CRM.
