Withdrawals & Collections: Anticipate, Control, Master
As the end of the school year approaches, this is the critical moment to monitor withdrawals and protect your collection rate.
Go to Finance > Changes > Withdrawals to manage to review:
- the request date,
- the departure date.
- the current status,
These elements enable you to complete any additional invoicing or follow-ups before the withdrawal is validated.
Withdrawals often require financial adjustments. In Advances and Refunds, you can:
- reallocate advances,
- initiate or track refunds.
This approach ensures proactive, accurate, and fully controlled management of all financial movements related to student departures.

Document templates and forms
For the past few months, Eduka has offered a new assisted editing mode for easily creating document templates.
This feature now allows you to import fields entered in admission or application forms into your document template.
- PDF school record containing the information entered in a registration form;
- Converting a request submitted by a staff member or parent into a downloadable PDF file;
Each block can call up a set of content from different forms.

Connect your students to Eduka via our mobile app
Did you know that Eduka is also a platform where students can log in?
In an environment configured by you, students can be granted access to view their own information, documents, and their school’s knowledge base.
They can interact with the school through the dedicated request portal or check the balance remaining in their e-wallet.
Finally, they can use a fully secure internal messaging system to communicate with their teachers or school administration staff, depending on the permissions configured for them.
All these features are available via the Eduka web portal as well as on a smartphone using the Eduka mobile app.

Labels: essential tracking for atypical situations
A student with allergies, a complex family situation, a specific dietary requirement, a special exemption, or restricted image rights must be clearly identified in the lists accessible to administrative staff, student life teams, and teachers.
To support this, the Eduka administrator can maintain a tag repository, which they update as needed.
- Student or staff tags applied manually by an authorized user,
- Labels automatically assigned based on one or more pieces of information entered by the parent in a form.
This simple yet powerful system will make it easier for you to stay on top of things and help you avoid critical situations caused by a lack of information.

How to create end-of-term reports with Eduka
The Evaluations & Reports module now allows schools to manage end-of-cycle reports, which summarize the competencies acquired within the French education system. This feature makes it possible to:
- Enter reports through a dedicated interface for head teachers
- Customize document templates and input fields based on standard models
- Generate reports in bulk as PDF files
- Publish and share documents with families (portal, email, print)
