Families in Cambodia pay school fees online by bank card, ABA Pay or KHQR code. Every payment is verified with ABA and automatically allocated to the family’s account.
Why connect Eduka and ABA PayWay?
In Cambodia, ABA Pay and the national KHQR code are widely used ways to pay. Offering them from Eduka makes paying easier for families, and the school no longer has to enter or reconcile the payments it receives.
How does the integration work?
From their account, the parent chooses what to pay and goes to ABA’s secure payment page. Eduka then checks every transaction with ABA itself, every minute, without relying on the bank’s notification. A payment is only confirmed once the amount due has actually been collected, and it is then allocated to the family’s account.
What the integration handles
- Payment by bank card, ABA Pay or KHQR code
- Payments in US dollars (USD) or riels (KHR)
- Invoices, installments, admission fees, activities and e-wallet top-ups
- Every transaction checked with ABA, every minute
- Automatic allocation to the family’s account, with no double counting
- One ABA merchant account per campus for school groups
The ABA PayWay integration is part of Eduka’s Finance module, which covers the school’s full billing cycle: fee schedules, invoices, payments, reminders and accounting exports.
