Get your school ready for France’s e-invoicing reform with Iopole, a platform approved by the French tax authorities. Eduka sends your invoices and payments and tracks their status, so your team never has to leave Eduka.
Why connect Eduka and Iopole?
The reform requires VAT-registered organizations in France to receive, and then issue, their invoices through an approved platform. For a school, it covers both invoices to families and invoices to the companies or organizations that pay fees. Iopole is one of the approved platforms, and Eduka connects to it directly.
How does the integration work?
You select your finalized invoices and send them in one click, one at a time or in bulk. Eduka picks the right channel for each document: invoices to families and their payments are declared through e-reporting, invoices to French businesses go out as e-invoices, and invoices to payers abroad go through international e-reporting. There is nothing to sort by hand.
What the integration handles
- Invoices and credit notes sent one at a time or in bulk
- Family payments declared
- The right channel chosen automatically for each document
- The VAT exemption for education applied
- The status of each invoice tracked in Eduka: transmitted, delivered, accepted or rejected
- Clear error messages, such as a recipient’s missing SIREN number
- No duplicates: once an invoice is sent, it leaves the queue
The Iopole integration is part of Eduka’s Finance module, which covers the school’s full billing cycle: fee schedules, invoices, payments, reminders and accounting exports.
